This website is operated by My Tommy Prints. Throughout the website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to My Tommy Prints.
By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all website visitors and customers.
You must not use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
Products
We aim to display and describe our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly between the images displayed on a screen and the finished print because of differences in devices, monitors and display settings.
Frames, mounts, furniture and accessories shown in product photographs are for display purposes only unless expressly included in the product description.
All physical prints are produced to order and supplied unframed.
We may update, discontinue or limit the availability of a product without notice.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee its acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for reasons including:
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment
- An unavailable delivery destination
- An order that we are unable to produce or fulfil
- A request that infringes intellectual property rights or contains unlawful or offensive material
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant payment will be refunded.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, delivery and contact information.
Personalised products
Customers must check all names, dates, wording, colour selections and other personalisation details before submitting an order.
Personalised products will be created using the information supplied by the customer. We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided information.
Proofs are not automatically provided unless stated in the product description or arranged before ordering.
Changes or cancellations may not be possible once personalisation or printing has begun.
We may refuse personalisation requests that contain unlawful, offensive or infringing content.
Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website and may be changed without notice.
The price charged will be the price shown when the order is submitted, subject to correction of any clear pricing or technical error.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is produced or dispatched.
Shipping and delivery
Processing and delivery information is provided in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
Customers are responsible for checking their delivery address before submitting an order. Additional postage charges may apply when an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or local charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind because products are produced to order. Personalised products cannot be returned because of an error in information supplied by the customer.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual property
All website content, product designs, artwork, photographs, mock-ups, text, logos and graphics are owned by or licensed to My Tommy Prints and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Content from this website must not be copied, reproduced, modified, resold, distributed, uploaded to another platform or used commercially without our written permission.
Purchasing a print does not transfer ownership of the artwork or any intellectual property rights to the customer.
Customer reviews and submitted content
If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not infringe another person’s rights.
We may display submitted reviews and related content on our website and marketing channels. Personal contact or payment information will not be published.
Website use
You must not:
